Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Info
It is the policy of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Cruz, to assure that qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system. The Court makes all reasonable efforts to meet the needs of people with impairments or disabilities.
Wheelchair Access
Exterior ramps are available at the Santa Cruz and Watsonville Courthouses.
Auditory Impairments
All courtrooms are either equipped with Assistive Listening Systems (Watsonville) or devises are available for the courtroom (Santa Cruz) that allows a person with auditory impairments to sit anywhere in the courtroom and hear the proceedings. Should you wish to use the Assistive Listening System, simply ask the court attendant or bailiff.

The Court cannot provide legal counsel for individuals that are disabled; however, the following resources may be able to provide assistance.
